If you have a problem with your order, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. Please call us or send an email with the details of the situation.

 

Prompt Order Processing

Our goal is to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days of receiving it. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your tracking number once your products have shipped. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact our Customer Service Department.

International Orders

At this time, we are not shipping orders outside of the United States and Canada.

Cancelled Orders or Address Errors

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@pomonajuices.com immediately. Once your shipping confirmation email is sent out, your order is confirmed and is non-refundable.

Return Policy

All sales are final. For Food Safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products.

All of our products are NOT FROM CONCENTRATE (NFC), NO SUGAR ADDED, NO PRESERVATIVES, NO FILLERS, COLD PRESSED, 100% USDA ORGANIC PURE JUICES.
